Touring the Henry Mischler House

Living Room
Henry Mischler built the Queen Anne style house in 1897.  He worked at the Bressmer Dry Goods Company in downtown Springfield.  It was occupied by the Mischler family until 1982, and is now a beautiful,  three-story Victorian Inn overlooking the Lincoln Home National Historic Site.

The formal dining room is separated from the parlor by an ornate handcrafted mahogany arch.
The first floor features a cozy living room furnished with overstuffed art deco furniture.
